We’re kicking off the wedding weekend with a casual welcome BBQ at the ranch the night before the wedding. Earlier in the evening, the wedding party will do a brief walkthrough, but in place of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we’re hosting this relaxed BBQ and inviting everyone to join. Come enjoy good food, cold drinks, and a laid-back night catching up under the wide-open Colorado sky. This is a come-as-you-are kind of evening—boots, jeans, and laughter encouraged. We can’t wait to spend some quality time together before the big day.

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at the Marsh Family Ranch. Everything will take place in the lower pastures, so please wear appropriate footwear (i.e. thin heels will go through the grass). Cowboy boots are encouraged! Guests are welcome to begin arriving at the ranch starting at 4:30 PM. Please plan to be seated and ready for the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. A signature cocktail will be available before the ceremony, followed by the ceremony at 5:00 PM. Afterward, join us for cocktail hour with appetizers, leading into dinner at 6:30 PM. We’ll keep the celebration going with music and dancing as our DJ plays until 11:00 PM, and for anyone who wants to keep the night going, we’ll wrap things up with a bonfire under the stars.

If you’re still around the day after the wedding, feel free to swing back by the ranch as you’re able. We’ll be around to say goodbye, relax, and spend a little more time together. Some folks may head out for climbing or hiking, others may explore more of the ranch, or just hang out and chat—there’s no set plan at all. Come by for a bit or stay awhile, whatever feels right.
